A Spirited Tail by Leighann Dobbs

More of Mystic Notch secrets are apparent. Willa Chance is hired to estimate the value of books in a library in old house. It has not been entered in 50 years. While there she sees a movement out of a window. Willa thinks it is Pandora and goes out to check on her she finds the body of a strange man instead of Pandora. Ghosts appear and the feral cats are busy as the story takes many turns. The supporting characters are well developed and there are several likeable cats.
