In the third book of this series, business is great Java Jive. Juliet Langley is in a great mood until she learns Ryder Hamilton has been promoted to homicide. His first case is the murder of Juliet’s neighbour. He will be working with Detective Cromwell, Juliet’s nemesis. College girls are disappearing, it doesn’t effect Pete and Juliet until one of their barristers goes missing on her shift. A missing person detective enters the story and is completely different from Cromwell. The murder becomes personal for Ryder. Juliet and Pete find themselves fighting evil to save the missing girls lives. I highly recommend this book. Disclosure: I received a free copy from Alibi through NetGalley for an honest review. I would like to thank them for this opportunity to read and review the book. The opinions expressed are my own.
