The book is the second one in the in the Cat Lady mystery series. Information about cat behavior is woven into the story. Lara and Aunt Fran have open a cat shelter in Whisper Jog, New Hampshire. Both of them volunteer at a tea for Deanna Daltry, a well -known actress who has brought a Victorian home as she is retiring and returning to her hometown. The pair meet Deanna at the tea the actress invites them to visit her at a mansion. Lara received a frantic phone from Deanna to come immediately as there is deadman in her garden. I HIGHLY recommend this book and series. A recipe for Blueberry Buckle is included.

I will have to check this one out. I will have to try the Blueberry Buckle as it is blueberry season right now.
It sounds good. While I never used a recipe, I usually read was the them. This is the second book in the series but you can read it as alone. You just don’t have the backstory.
I have the first one, I just need to get the time to read it.
I have several books I brought to read and haven’t taken the time to read them. Shelby Nichols new book surprise last night when it arrive on my self. I need to find out what Shelby is doing now. Linda Reilly cats books are some of the best.
This sounds like a good one. I’ll have to look for this series in the future.
It may of been based on cat but it is not really a cat book. I pleasantly surprised.
