Juliet and Carlos are back in Ashland. A fast-food chain, Shake burgers has opened a restaurant opposite the Torte, the family restaurant. He residents of Ashland are upset as Shakeburgers doesn’t fit the criteria of Shakespeare that town for which town is known. A meeting has been called to discuss it. Mindy, the owner refuses to recognize any problem. The next morning Juliet walks into the restaurant and finds the Mindy hemorrhaging from a stab wound her co-owner is trying to stop the bleeding. Besides the romance between Juliet and Carlos, there is jealousy and betrayal in the story. I recommend this book.
