Ruth Clagan has invited us into her shop, Cog and Sprocket to see the awesome display of clocks. There every kind of clocks from many places. On the hour a display of musical tones can be heard throughout the building.Displays of clocks to be fix and their tones are everywhere. In this second book, Ruth is reopening her grandfather clock business. Ruth has hired three new assistants. The TOWN TOWER will revert to her January 1 and Ruth wants to replace the tower. She being hassled in her efforts by the town manager and a newcomer who wants the tower destroy and bring chain stores. On of the new employees, Mark is found murder. Ruth must find the answer before her family loses everything. This is a first time reading this author and I will read her again.
