An outstanding fast moving mystery which engrossed my emotions at once. The characters are so will become done that they became my friends. The storm scene high in the mountains in deserted mountains was outstanding. The actions of the story did not come together well and I lost my concentration at times. Irene Seligman leaving her career behind, she returned to Santa Fe to live in the family home and care for Mother. As she opens an Haute Consignment Shop, the body of one of her Mother’s friend is found in the shop. The police chief suspects Irene as the killer. With new friends, Irene works to clear herself and locate the killer before she forfeits her life. Disclosure: I received a free copy from Alibi through NetGalley for an honest review. I would like to thank them for this opportunity to read and review the book. The opinions expressed are my own.
