COFFEE/TEA SHARE OCTOBER 22, 2016

If we were having coffee/tea I wouldcwelcome you and offer your choice of coffee or tea. We can go out on the patio as the quail are again, cominf for feed. There is usually something going on in the parking. A fire truck is out there shooting a video letting of why they need that thpe of truck. The ladders can reach in and recuse someone in a high raise building. After the storms last week the weather has been clear with wind. Cool in the morings and warm in the afternoons.

Some of the sunsets were taken at Niland Landing the Salton Sea, California, others were shoted at Pahrangant National Wildlife Refuge🌞

If we were having coffee/tea, I would tell that all the electronic changes that are occurring, have frustrated. Each web site has different ways to do the same thing. It is hard to get a rhythm going and it takes me a long time to anything. My brother and his wife stpped by this week. We had a lovely visit. Yesterday was grocery shopping and we needed things at so many places and I had one of my bad days. I had Alita do a takeout meal. The server got it all wrong. She even took it back once and it was still wrong. I have learned it pays to look at the boxes before you leave the restaurant. Β I am not handling it very well and I get crabby

It definitely pays to check the boxes before you leave! I have several free pizzas coming to me for just that reason. I drove to pick them up and got home and they were wrong. It has happened a number of times, from several different places. The only good thing is that my daughter calls them and tells them they have to fix it and so we get free pizzas! But sometimes we are too hungry to go all the way back and get it fixed so we just take a credit for next time.

I love the sunsets, too. Breath taking!

    • Thanks for the comments on the sunset. You are at mercy of your sever with takeouts. I don’t bother about taking the food back as I have watch them. They take it back out of sight. Fix it up and return the same dish. Needing a GF meal is hard on me. Many don’t realize or believe bread can made me ill. Alita like McDOnalds and I let her buy our drinks there for a few weeks. I came up with a bad reaction. MacDonald Corporation says their french fries are GF. If the directions are followed they would be GF. There are enough steps that one or more employee can change the product. Since I no longer eat french fries from them. I no longer have the hives.

  2. Very nice photos. Thanks for sharing!
    Have a great week!

  3. Always love your photos and your posts!

Your photos are lovely! We are lucky to usually have very good luck with our take out. A few weeks ago we did lose our whole salad out the bottom of the bag when the dressing leaked through. The whole thing ended up upside down in the garden! I figure the rabbits had a pretty good dinner that night!😊

Beautiful pictures. It sounds like you have had a rough week. I hope next week is better.

wonderful sunsets. so aggravating with the food mix ups- I’m GF too and find it easier to eat in for that reason. When I do go out I usually order the same thing so I know it’ll be ok! Hope your week coming up is a good one

  7. We just spent 3 weeks in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We always drive through Pahranagant on our way back to Calgary. We noticed that the water was fairly low compared to May’s levels. Maybe it was just a dry summer. :o)

    • Some way I miss our trips south. The water situation at Pahrangant is problem. While wee were there they were on improvements. Pahrangant is at the end of the line for the water disbursements. They receive only water that others don’t want. Pahrangant has a set allowance but they don’t always get their water. This tied with the same group of people who took over Muelhur NM. I am waiting for first verdicts to be releashed. Pahrangant should have the capabilities to place what water they receive where it is needed. Water rights are a hot topic in the western US.
