COFFEE/TEA SHARE β˜•β˜• DECEMBER 3, 2016

If we are having Coffee/tea, I would tell you to come inside quit. Β Select a beverage of your choice and some brownies. It is cold out and not supposed to get above freezing today. The weather this week has been a Β mixture of rain, snow showers, sun and the wind has been strong. We are expecting freezing weather this week πŸ™Œ with a winter storm in the mountains. There have been some good sunrises and sets. I tried last evening Β to get a picture of the sunset. I will need to learn how to use the camera πŸ“· in myπŸ”₯ as it acts differed from my last one. Below is the photo I took last night πŸŒ™.

I would tell thatπŸ‘ I have been watching few football games. I have been pleasantly πŸ‘Œ surprise at the Christmas commercials how game they are. I enjoyed watching the commercials. We watch the PAC 12 Championship game πŸ† last night πŸŒ™ and has been a long time since I have stayed up so late. We are His kids can having living in the Seattle area for so long. Plus Peterson, their coach was Boise State coach.

Health , Kato is doing fine but I think he is feeling the cold like we do. I still have problems and may need to see a doctor and I dread even thinking about it. I started taking vitamins again making sure that I eat some good with them. I feel better so that be an answer. Bob saw is PCP this week. She has decided he might be lactose intolerant and he will need to change his diet. I have often felt he may be gluten intolerant.

I would tell you, that we just got a rent increase. I have been waiting to see what would happen to the cost of living increase we got this year. My the time health insurance and the rent increase, it probably won’t cover. It is beginning to look like Christmas as residents start decorating the doors an balconies. We are receiving cards all ready. I need to finish buying more cards so I can send one to every resident in the complex.

Lovely with those Christmas decorations ❀ Thanks for reminding me about buying Christmas cards! xx

  2. Nancy says:

How nice to decorate the halls! Very festive. It was rainy here most of the week too. Cold and windy now. I bought my cards today and will probably start writing them this week. Lucky for me, my husband enjoys writing cards too so he will end up doing at least half of them! Have a nice week.

It’s always a special time when everyone starts putting up their Christmas decorations. So festive. I got a couple of cards in the mail already, too. It reminds me that I need to get on that!

  4. Dagny says:

I am always amazed at how much my diet affects how I feel. I can get away with the occasional splurge, but better not do it two or three days in a row.

    • As my stomach has been upset so often for quiet awhile, I know I am not eating right. So I decided to add the vitamins and I have lost more strength. I may try and squats again.

  5. DailyMusings says:

The decorations look lovely! I know I feel better when I eat properly and don;t wait too long to eat – I like to eat small meals a few times a day, keeps me going better. I also take Vitamin C- 2000 in winter, Calcium and B12.

  6. Corina says:

Did you figure out the memory problem with the Kindle? I hope so. I used to have a few thousand on my Kindle but then I gave it to my mom because her’s broke so I removed almost everything from it before sending it so she wouldn’t have a problem with it. Now the one I have only has about 100 books on it. I’ve gotten into the habit of deleting them once I’ve read them. I can always reload them on there if I want to reread them.

I hope you manage okay with the cold and the storm the rest of the week! Take care!

    • My answer was to buy a new one giving different problems. I still need to do somethings on the #2 πŸ”₯ before I deregister it, then I will look for someone who needs one. I am to much of a bookoholic to delete books. The storm hasn’t arrive yet.

  7. Colline says:

I love the look of those Christmas decorations πŸ™‚

  8. I really enjoy how you use photos through your narrative. Have you ever used the broiler to melt marshmallows on top of your brownies, it is a bit sweet but it’s something different then icing or plain. I read β€œEat Pray Love Made Me Do It” this week, and have now moved on to book 4 in The Wheel of Time Series. Lovely post, thank you for sharing. Have a great week.

  9. lghiggins says:

Long before many knew of lactose intolerance, my daughter was diagnosed with it. We had to become meticulous label readers as even the smallest amount could be a problem. When she avoided dairy, she was fine. Then we discovered “Lactaid.” Now there are other brands too. She was able to eat dairy again as long as she had the Lactaid along with it. She eventually stopped having the problem. A number of years ago, I developed the same problem and then after a few years it went away. They say people tend to have it more as they get older. These days it is not as difficult to manage because there is an abundance of products such as lactose free milk and ice cream. Gluten, of course, is a whole different game, but if it is either, it should be fairly easy to figure out by eliminating it from the diet.

The decorations are fun. Enjoy putting them up this week. If it is snowing there, it will just add to the Christmas spirit!

  10. Shilpa Garg says:

It’s amazing to see flowers grow in rocky area. Marvels of nature indeed. The decorations in the hallways, balconies give a cheery and festive look all around. Have a great week ahead and stay warm. Cheers πŸ™‚

  11. Natalie says:
