I was delighted to find a new Klepto Cat book. This is always great read built around family and cats, dogs and other animals. The emphasis is usually on recusing feral cats and other stray animals. Rags, a klepto cat is the MC. The tales revolves around the Iveys and their friends. Iris is working on turning the Kaiser Mansion into a B&B and she is hearing strange sounds in the attic. An investigation shows that cats spent their nights in the attic. Before long, skeletal remains are found in the mansion and on the grounds. Of course, Rags is right in the middle of the action finding clues that help find answers to the events. Unknown strangers are seen around the mansion. Iris is attacked and badly hurt. Craig needs to find the answers to all the Kaiser family secrets so the work on the B&B can be completed. The story is complete in each book so they can read as a standalone. I highly recommend this book and series.
