Welcome, come inside out of the chilly weather but sunny day. If you have a light jacket we can sit outside on the patio or go for a short walk. The birds are mating and there should by young before long. But first chose your beverage, there is coffee, various kinds of tea and hot chocolate. I am taking some corn meal muffins from the oven.

Amazon finally got their photos working and I can access my early pictures. Of course, I can’t find the ones I want.  I may have the answer to clean up my widgets, the next time I am on my computer. There are a number of minor things wrong with this Kindle that will take time to fix. Help chats don’t work very well because of hearing. This week if I take the time. I do have a doctor’s appointment. I can only do one thing before I tired out.

This week there was a potluck at the complex. I sent a casserole and there was plenty of food. Shopping yesterday was a completely different ride around the area. The flower bloom on the trees was gone. Everything was green as we had a week of mix showers and sun. Spring weather but it continues to be unusual. Fred Meyers floral shop is getting ready for Mother’s Day.

I love the pink one and thought about buying it but decided I would rather have books instead.

Next week April 26 Kato turns 15 years. He has delighted and annoy us over the years.

Kato looks very good for a 15 year old cat. It looks like you live on a houseboat!!! Is this true? I am a big fan of cornmeal muffins…or corn anything. I tried orchid growing, and it is tricky…methinks even more tricky where you live..better off with the book. Thanks for the coffee, Betty Louise!

    • Kato was 4 month old when we took the first two pictures. He had been with just a day and I was opening a can of chili to eat. He looks at it and asked “You don’t expect me to eat that?” We lived in a motor home at that time. He travels with us for the first 6 years of his life. He saw the Pacific Ocean which he didn’t like and the Dalton Sea which he like to try and catch the tiny fish. Last year I did but orchids and the blooms last a long time. The foliage even longer but I didn’t them to re-bloom. We now lived in a senior citizen’s retirement apartment .

how sweet Kato looks. Love your photos and glad the weather is sunny. I am never sure if those blue orchids are their real color or if they dye them ?

Kato is very cute! I would choose books over flowers as well. Have a great week!
