If we were having coffee/tea, I would invite you in out of the heat. Please grab your drink and treat. There is a selection of hot and cold drinks and various sweets.  Let’s go set on the patio where We can watch the action in the parking area. The weather has been in 100+°Fahrenheit all week with possible thunderstorms.

If we were having coffee/tea, I would tell you that the stress has been less and seems to be leveling off. It is at times hard to handle. Next week is the fourth of July potluck and plans to have a special event for the eclipse. Shopping Thursday was a fast trip. We are looking for another single bed as the current one is extremely hard to change bedding. So far haven’t found one. We went out yesterday for lunch. Near the restaurant was a new coffee shop and they were giving free coffee away. The traffic in the area was a blocked.

Your nature pics are stunning as usual. The flowers this week are cheery and bright…I am a zinnia fan. I hope your single bed will show up on the market, and that rain will come top your part of the earth and cool you down. Cheers, Betty Louise…PS I love the title Sew a tailor who kills people..

I love the pictures of the terrain. And lovely flowers. Some of them are new to me. Thanks for visiting! Best wishes for your week!

We haven’t been at 100 here in Portland. We’ve mostly been in the upper 80s with the exception of the July 4th weekend in which we were 100+. I hope you are able to stay in out of the heat as much as possible.

  5. Sheila says:

Beautiful photos – I hope you’re staying cool in the shade! It looks like the perfect place to sit and read while enjoying the deer visits.
