Rebecca Mayfield’s case is strange as there is only a hand and leg found in a remote area of San Francisco. It is going to be a cold case with very little information. A further search of the area revealed an almost complete skeleton. Underlying is a remote theme of someone in the city government is unhappy with Rebecca and there are a series of accidents be setting her. Richie Amalfi is worried about and has Vito Grazioso watching her to keep her safe. Shay has an interest in the bones and a secret. The separate themes are woven into one story. The romance of Rebecca and Richie continues. I highly recommend this book and series.
