ON THE HOOK by Betty Hetchman

It has been awhile since stopped by the Tarzana Boomers for visit. The 12th books the Hookers are busy crocheting baby blankets. The 12th book of the series did not disappoint and a visit to the Hookers is always treat.  A few of the hookers had private agendas. Adele was her usual self, causing trouble. Elise has her real estate license and showing a house while unknown to her the owner is dead in the library. Molly Pink is with them. Elise rushed the group out and unfortunately Molly’s scarf is left behind. Molly finds herself in conflict with the law and she needs to solve the death so not conflict with the detectives. I HIGHLY recommend this book and series.

A crochet pattern for a baby blanket and scarf are included. A recipe for mystery cake is included

Disclosure: Many thanks to Crooked Lane Books for a review copy. The opinions expressed are my own.

It does sound like a good cozy. In your review I could imagine touring a potential home only to discover a body. Yikes! That would be a deal breaker.

    • This is long standing cozy mystery. You would be probably lost as 3 former boyfriends of Molly Pink were brought back. I have read most of them. Just the characters had the same habit. I recommend reading it in order of at least a few earlier books.
