A SPARK OF LIGHT by Jodi Picoult

The first time that I have read this author and I found an outstanding story about abortion, pro, and con that was extremely fair. It hit me again and I felt victimized again.
A sunny clear fall day a gunman crashes into the CENTER, a women's health clinic. He has several hostages, a couple that was wounded when he entered the CENTER. Hugh McElroy, a police hostage negotiator is startled to learn his sister and daughter are among the hostages. The reason each person is at the CENTER is explained. Who will die on this day and who will survive?

Disclosure: Many thanks to Random House Publishing Groups - Ballantine for a review copy. The opinions expressed are my own.

You did a good job of reviewing this fairly despite your personal feelings.

I think I’ve read a few of her books years ago.
