The book takes you to Mistletoe, Maine where it is Christmas all year and plenty of Christmas events as Christmas draws near. Holly White returned home and became active with family Christmas Tree Farm. In the second book of this series, the town of Mistletoe is getting ready to light the Christmas tree. The residents are startled when the tree is lighted to find a body in the giant mint bowl. Holly is upset when the body is recognized as the man Caroline, her BFF quarrel last night. A knife with Carolina's initials is found with the candy. Caroline is arrested for the MURDER and Holly sets out to prove Carolina's is INNOCENT. This book has many turns as and actions that will hold your attention. Holly must find answers before she loses her life. I recommend this book.
