The Iveys are taking a vacation at a beach house in Southern Californian. Rags is going with them as he some signings at the same time in the 32nd book.  Driving to the area Rags has a couple of adventures. a stop for lunch, Rags dogs up a couple money bags. The officers find it hard to believe that a cat can dig a purse and feel that maybe Savannah was in the robbery. The next day, they meet Phyllis, a rag doll with Siamese points who bonds with Rags The Iveys adore her and adopt her. They learned she has a secret. What is it? Craig arrives and helps clear Savannah of the robbery charges. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND SERIES for light reading.
