#SCONED TO DEATH by Lynn Cannon

It is always a pleasure in reading a Cat Latimer and the fifth in the series did not disappoint. The Writer's Retreat is hosting a group of cozies writer from the Midwest near Chicago. This retreat is a fun time. Dee Dee Meyer is accusing Shauna of stealing her recipes and filing complaints against the Writer's Retreat kitchen. Greyson Finn—a celebrity chef is planning a high-end restaurant for Aspen Hills He is found dead in Dee Dee's bakery. Cat's uncle wants her to focus on the retreat and stay out of the Greyson' investigation, Cat's curiosity keeps bringing the problem to her. Shauna heads to New York City, will she return? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND SERIES.
A Recipe for Lynn cranberry scones is included.
