The drive to the greenhouse was a delight for me as it has been awhile since I have seen Been downtown the city. Kathy took the exit for Garden city and It was pleasant to see how Garden City had been clean up. We past a couple bickers that had jet packs on their back and were moving as fast as traffic. This was an area of Boise I had not since I left in 1955. On arrival there were so many greenhouses I couldn’t count them.

There was a map and directions to the area. The plants were all named which treat has some plants I had not seen before. The greenhouse we enter was splash of color and we just stood and admire the sight. Kathy had my camera and started taken pictures I want. The number of bi-color petunias was outstanding. There was even a black petunias. Shortly after while I started collecting plants I want. I found a Angel-wing begonia that I have wanted for a long time. I found another begonia, 2 orchids, I selected a pink bi-color petunia, and other plants That I wanted. The succulents were great you get buy one of several kinds of cacti. The jade trees were at 5 feet tall. Kathy found a small to add to my plants.

Last Friday I had fantastic day when Kathy and myself visited Edward’s Greenhouse in North Boise. Masks required at all times in the greenhouse. Two plants were astonished to see all the flowers.

We ended the day with a different view back to Meridian and picked baked goodies and milkshakes for all.
That sounds like an outing after my own heart.
It was one of better garden centers I have seen
It sounds like a wonderful day Betty. It must be nice to be able to get out and see the beautiful plants.
