I have read these books and highly recommend them all.

QUILT AS DESIRED by Amy Sachitano – The first book in series with a quilting background. The plot is creative and the characters will catch your eye and become friends.The MC is Harriet, a widow who promise her Aunt that she will run her Quilting Business will her aunt takes a vacation. Upon arriving there Harriet learns her Aunt has deeded the house and business to her. What will Harriet do, accepted the gift or leave?

DOUBLE KNIT by Amy Sachitano – I read this book first and it was a new author for me.. The plot is unique Of course, I spotted the cat on the cover a requested a sample and read a few other books by her. Permelia is divorcee as her husband left her for a young girl. Permelia moves to town with Bengal cat, Fenton. Her apartment in the evening is over county’s morgue; for a low rent she agrees to handled calls at night and alert the pathologist on duty. Permelia meets Betty whose husband has disappeared. An investigation reveals the her husband had another family. Permelia helps Betty through the problem. The are several fun characters. This book is now a must read book.

QUILTER’S KNOT by Amy Sachitano The 2nd book in Quilting series Harriet and her follower quilters are at quilting conference. The group first lesson is a disaster.Later the owner has and spell and later dies. These books have fun characters and the quilters is are all fun and have become friends. There are nine more books to read. The books were be better with more editing.

THE CORPSE WHO KNEW TOO MUCH by Debbie Sennefleder The four book in Food Bloggers series. Hope’s blog is keeping her busy and she is giving a course on blogging at the library. A school friend, Devon whose Mother had disappeared 20 years ago returns to town. She has a podcast about MISSING WOMEN; now she ready to find happen 20 years ago. The next day her rental apartment is trashed and Devon is found dead in a a one car accident. Hope decides to find out what happen 20 years ago.

CANDY SLAIN MURDER by Maddie Day

Maddie Day is a must read series for me. All aspects of adoption and prejudice are cover. It is winter time and Robbie restaurant is under-staff and very busy. There is fire nearby that burned and a skeleton is found in the attic. A young man of mixed heritance comes to Pans and Pancake and tells Robbie’s assistance that he is her half brother. Robbie come involved to help her friends. The twists and turns in the story will keep you turning the pages.

DEAD-END DETECTIVE by Amanda Flower – I have read many books by this author and this is completely difference and I enjoyed it. Darby, MC is looking for a male friend and tries the singles web. She is hired to find out what is happening at Retirement home. She arrives at the home and a dislike resident is found dead. Can Darby find an answer?

THE CHOCOLATE FALCON FRAUD by Joanna Carl – I have been following this series for long time. I have miss a few and I hadn’t read it.Lee’s ex-stepson, Jeff arrives in Lake Shores, Michigan and asked all his friends to dinner but he does’t show up at the restaurant. Tess, Jeff girl friend arrives. The search for Jeff’s where-about becomes important. Jeff’s car is found but he is missing This series is better if you read in order.
