This Week in books – March 2

BE KIND

I usually added a few books every Tuesday as because new mysteries are release that day. There was only one book I want to read. The BODY IN THE BEAUTY PARLOR by Judi Lynn. I downloaded EVEN CAT SITTERS GET THE BLUES and THE CAT SITTER ON HOT TIN ROOF both by Blaize Clement. currently, I am reading THE PINK FLAMINGO MURDERS by Elaine Viets.

Recent Books read are Burnt House by Faye Kellerman #16 in the Decker, Lazarus series. The tale stars off fast as a computer plane crashes into a building in Eastern Los Angles. Roseanne Dredsen was added to the list of passengers and she has not been seen since plane crash. As cleanup continues, a body turns and it believe be Roseanne but it is not. Pete will travel to New Mexico and visit a couple penal institutions before the cases are solve as the interconnect to each other. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK.

MILK AND HONEY by Faye Killerman #3 id the Decker/Lazarus series. Decker is patrolling in residence are early in the morning. He finds a child playing swing. She appears to be about two years old. No one claims her. Pete and partner set out to find child’s parents. They find a farmhouse with 4 murder bodies. There are enough twists and turns to keep your interest. You will feel for the police when encounter a swarm of bees. I read it without putting it down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK

DUPLICITY DOGGED by Blaize Clements #2 in the cat sitter series. Dixie is walking elderly Dachshund when he catches Dixie’ lack of concentration and heads for the woods. Dixie caught up with him and he has dug up a hand. Dixie see one of clients and weaves to them. It was the killer and she becomes a target as she looks to solve to the murder. The twists and turns will hold you thrall until the end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK.
