THE LLAMA OF DEATH By Betty Webb

BE KIND

In the third volume of Gunn Zoo series we are at the Monterey Bay-area Renaissance Faire. Theodore aka Teddy Bentley has the Zoo llama at the children letting exhibit. Unpopular Reverend is found dead in the llama pen with llama standing over the dead man. Examination shows the llama is innocent and the Reverend was not licence. All his mariages were illegal and as he married Caroline, Teddy’s Mother two times, a sheriff deputy arrested Caroline for the crime. She lands in jail, her fellow prisoner is the leader of a local gang of girls. Teddy’s father flies in from exile adding more to the story. The houseboat owners are in an uproar.  There are visits to the zoo so more information about animals are shared. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book and series.
