PEACE BE KIND

The tenth book of the Downward Dog series does not disappoint. Kate Davidson has a few problems to handle. A cutthroat outfit is starting a new Yoga studio with lower rates just Kate needs a lot of money for infertility treatments. She learned that her eggs almost gone and most of all the chance of her getting pregnant is almost null. Her desire for a baby is expressed very well. In an effort to raise the money she volunteered at a homeless teen center. There she meets a runaway teen, Rainbow and feels for her. Trying to help doesn’t work and matters are creating major trouble.
The manager of the center is found dead and Rainbow’s fingerprints are on the death weapons and the teen becomes a person of interest. Kate adopted two train rats and the rats’ actions added humor to lighten the story. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND SERIES.
Some heavy, but important, issues. A good book to introduce some humor into the plot.
I can relate to desire for a baby, she was totally correct. I still find it to look at a baby.
😔I’m so sorry, Betty.
