Make sure you have plenty of time to read before starting this thriller as you won’t want to put it down. The action is on a fast track throughout the book. Zoe Chambers is still recovering from the fire at the farmhouse. NEWS FLASH: a paramedics unit responding to an ATV rollover is shot, one dead and the other paramedic is near death. This starts a nightmare for the first responders as they are targeted when they arrive on site. The next night firefighters respond to a burning building and two are shot. Chief Police Pete Adams and his department are working overtime to find the killer before there are more shootings. Zoe and Pete’s romance is procedure slowly. This is a must-read book. It can be read as a stand-alone.

Disclosure: I received a free copy from HENERY PRESS through NetGalley for an honest review. I would like to thank them for this opportunity to read and review the book. The opinions are my own.
