Think Positive! GF Diet

A Caregiver Can Hurt You.

Good morning all the sun is shining and it is a chilly 27F out. I awoke early after a restless night. My itching is almost gone and my arms looked a lot better. I had a nice this morning when Home Health sent a caregiver to give me a shower and change my bed. Andrea will return next Thursday. My meds have not arrived this morning.

Two different servers to take to lunch for me it was a ham & cheese sandwich with a side of mixed vegetables where mostly left on the plate. The dessert was vanilla ice cream with a camel topping. My meds came just after lunch. Column clouds have appeared, which we used to call thunderbolts. My Dr Pepper is on my table and will be quiet until dinner. My meds came just after lunch.

It was a quiet afternoon and dinner included a turkey sandwich, carrot & raisin salad, potato chips (they were not fresh), for dessert there was chocolate mousse. I am back in my room and it just getting dark. Evening meds will come after 7:00pm.

It will be nice to sleep in a fresh bed and have a shower the same day. Good night and have a wonderful evening.

How wonderful to get your shower and fresh sheets on the same day! It may be a little thing to younger people, but it becomes really important when you have to rely on other people to do those things for you.
