Think Positive! GF Diet

Caregiver Can Hurt You

Good morning with temperature awaken the temperature was 22 F, a sprinkling of snow and the start of World War 3, hope I am wrong. We are repeating the mistakes made in World War 2. More snow is forecast for today.

Andrea from Home Care arrive around 8:00 am for my shower and put away my clean clothes. It took her just minutes where it would take anywhere from 30 minutes or an hour to do the same.

I have been watching the squirrels raid the bird feeders. Occasionally, I see a bird flying by. It would lovely to see what birds are around here.

My shoes disappeared when I wanted to lunch. They were hidden in the shower room. Lunch for me was chicken in a cream and mixed vegetables and cranberry nut bar.

I had this started once foul it up and did it over. The sun is covered with thunder clouds but no snow.

I managed to sit on glasses for close-up work. Dinner today was a cheeseburger, baked beans, a slice of tomato, cucumbers, onions in vinegar, and a large cookie. My plate had everything the bum. One of the best meals I have here.

The sun is setting later every and it is still light, the sun is just setting. I finished POISON IN THE PANSIES by Dale Meyer. Started Crime files by Dale Shannon.

Good night and a restful evening.

I am also worried about what is going to happen. It sure sounds like there is more to come and I pray WW3 does not come to pass. I hope you glasses are okay and you can still use them. Wishes that today is a better day.

You had quite a day yesterday between the weather, lost glasses and shoes, and the Russia/Ukraine conflict dominating the news. I don’t have to have GF, but I try to cut out carbs, especially bread. I find that when I have all the trimmings, I don’t miss the bread with the burger. Andrea sounds like a gem. I hope she will be a repeat caregiver.
