Assisted Living March 18

Think Positive!

Betty studying P albomargintus

Good afternoon I had a rough night but once was sleeping deep sleep so I am not as tired today. I dressed, straighten the bed, open the one blind, I eat my orange and banana, checked the news, played spider, and checked my email it was time to eat lunch.

Lunch was hot tea salad and my plate had butternut squash and a small piece of a cod. Dessert was cheesecake pie. I ate a small amount as I like the taste. Off in distant sky, I notice a raptor who was hovering over the ground for food. It was probably a kestrel.

This week I learned that adults have heat rash which is a problem for me. The fact is over a hundred different viruses that cost different that cost cold. There is one that starts in the nose. Bird activity has increased and the weather is reasonable I wish I could birding to birding

Good evening, I am back from dinner and enjoy the cottage and fried potatoes and onions. I am reading Edith Maxwell’s BATTER OFF DEAD. I am about 1/2 through. My copy of Edith’s SPEAKING OF MURDER is not complete and I am not able to reach their site.

Good night and sleep well.

I will be reading Batter Off Dead soon too. I had forgotten that Edith Maxwell and Maddie Day are the same author. I hope you can get Speaking of Murder fixed. Do you have a good Internet connection there?
