A FARM TO FORK MYSTERY

The next book (2nd) in Farm to Fork did not disappoint as all of Lynn Cannon’s stories are good. Annie with her best friend, Felicia has opened their restaurant. Their employees are working together but her sous chef Estebe is planning to help with the Basque festival for a week. Information on the Basque culture was intriguing. Annie has agreed to help her neighbor with her elderly Mother,  by hosting Mrs. Potterfor a week. There are some funny scenes caused by Mrs. Potter’s actions. Heather, an acquaintance is found murdered in the alley. Estebe’s cousin is the only suspect in the death. Annie gets involved to clear Javier. The goat, pig, chickens, the dog are again present. Annie’s affair with Ian is ongoing. I highly recommend this book and series.

The cover looks comical. Is it a comedy?

    • It is a light story and there are definitely funny parts that will have you smiling or laughing I feel the first book in series was funnier. They also cover a serious point. I am partial because it is set in a background of Idaho I know very well.
