Think Positive!

Betty, Don, and Joan

pent, 35F, help, 8:am

Good morning it has been a pleasant day so far. It is clear out 35F as I start the day. I click for someone to help to get dressed and the aid that came helped me dress, Used the lotion to put on my body, and that was nice. The one Blind is now up to all the way so I have a good view.

Yesterday most of the things that happened were negative but today has been positive.

Yesterday I received a post that was my 8 anniversary on WordPress. I didn’t realize it has been that long. Thank you to all that view my blog. It has been an interesting journey

This morning Nicole, my social worker brought foods that we can use in our room. She also told that my hip was not broken. A box of GF OREO cookies that I didn’t know is the highlight of the foods that arrive. Dr Pepper is one also, and some oranges that my body seems to crave oranges and chips lately.

This morning there was an article that Old Idaho Penitentiary is 150 years old. My Girl Scout group tour when still in use. We only allow it in its Gift shop. Lynn Cahoon has a book that occurred at the penitentiary.

An aid just took my vitals which were normal. She was in time to open the bottle of Dr Pepper that I want to drink.

Lunch the salad was excellent, the main course had broccoli and sweet and sour pork which was very tasty.

Dinner

Good evening I had to close one blind as the sun would set right into my eyes. It is 60 F right now. I am red For the first time since I have on food, I haven’t for long been here my stomach is full. I have been gorging on them. My plate was cottage cheese, fruit, and potatoes chips.

Reading Tracy Gardener’s RUBY RED HERRING, I have mixed feelings about the book. No idea what I will read next.

Joan is a cousin and 3 of us are all of our generation still alive. Picture was taken at her daughter’s wedding.

Good night and be safe.
