Assisted Living March 24

Think Positive!

Good morning it is 8:00am and it is clear outside with 42F. My caregiver was late this morning but I have my shower and it felt good. I have my shower later.

Mom was visiting and wanted to go down the river. I asked a friend to come with us. We make down Deschutes river all right but to the was a stain on of us. We made it back by taking it slow. Mom never to go on another outing.

Lunch

My aide came a little early and I went down with her. Our food started almost at once. Nicole stopped down in the dining room. Result that my lunch put down immediately. Hamburger shaped like a ball wrapped with slide bacon, corn baby red slice, and French fries, dessert was cake. I went and checked they were in the full bloom stage, garden, and hyacinths. There were young hollyhocks coming.

Back to my room and looks there plants alone fence so there should a great view.

Dinner

The afternoon was quiet and was able to finish the book I have been reading. As there were not many things I could eat I had the tomato soup and left. It is now 62 F outside and hazy the heat is not usual at this time of the year. I plan to start the Miramada James’ book so I will stay a good night.

I’m glad you had some good protein at lunch since you didn’t get much for dinner. I’m glad you have some views of flowers. There is one house that I pass when I take the dogs on a walk that has hyacinths, tulips, and daffodils in bloom. It makes me smile just to see them. I hope to plant some as my house in OK doesn’t have any. Also the pansies that people planted last fall are blooming.
