Good morning the skies are clear and breezy, it is overcast right now at 4:00pm and 41F. After a sleepless night, I awoke at about 7:00 am. All my pains were there I stayed in bed lying still and it’s helps until I move. I finished DEATH HIDE TIDE by Hannah Dennison. I have one of Agatha Christie’s early books to read next. I have spent some time exploring both overdrives and Libby.

Mom’s sister, Aunt Florence to Boise brought her to the youngest children for a visit. We all pile into the car and drove to Anderson ranch where Uncle Deb was working. It was a fun day for all of us. I had never seen many Mountain Bluebirds in my life. They were staging for the fall migration.

I didn’t down as there was nothing that I could eat. I have been eating trash foods.

OH! You have a love of birds that goes way back! I hope today finds you with less pain.
They have added newmedicine and that is helping the lack of food isn’t helping. I should be able to eat most of the lunch today.
It’s good that you keep some food in your room so you have something to fall back on, although that’s not the same as a regular meal.
