Assisted Living May 6

Think Positive!

The Little Brown on the Boise River was the Girl Scout headquarters and it flooded every year before the dams were built.

It is now 70F and time to have a fun day and stress-free evening.

Good afternoon the sky is a very pretty blue with white clouds passing by. It is 62F with a forecast high of 72F and thunderstorms are possible.

Yesterday I went down to the dining room and had my nails painted white and a photo taken for Mother’s Day. It has been a long time since we celebrated as both have been dead for a number of years. Cheyenne just brought a copy of the picture and a pin for Mother’s Day.

Garden

The blue iris is still putting on a show The yellow, white, and red tulips are adding color to the garden. More of the yellow beans are making the lawn yellow. The squirrels have been active today.

Lunch

Dinner last night was stuffed with rice and hamburger filling which I love.

I had a salad, an egg dish, and roasted vegetables. The egg was hot. I didn’t eat all that was on the plate as I needed to go to my room as someone was coming at 12:30. Who didn’t come?

Books

Nothing new with my reading, I am still WEDDING BLUE BELLS as I turned off the lights and to sleep.

I have been finding some of my Amazon pictures recently which I am now sharing.

I”m sorry you left lunch early and then had a no-show appointment; that is frustrating. It sounds like you have had some good food, food you like!, recently. Those lupines are beautiful. I’ll look forward to seeing more of your AZ pictures.
