Thomas Pitt is now the Commander of the Special Branch. He is given the responsibility of making sure no harm comes to Sofia Delacruz while in England. Under his watch she disappears with two of her hand maidens. The latter were found MURDER and Sofia missing. I have been a fan of this series since the first book. I while I did enjoy learning about the regular characters I didn’t like all the words about religion, morals and political unrest in the world. This an interesting story to read..
Full Disclosure: I received a free copy from RamdonHouse Publishing Group – Ballantine through Netgalley for an honest review. I would like to thank for the opportunity to read and review this book. The opinions are my own.
