FOGGED INN By Barbara Ross

Fogged Inn by Barbara RossJulia and Chris have agreed to keep Gus’s restaurant open by serving dinner. A winter storm is raging through the area. The evening after Thanksgiving, a stranger sits at the bar for his meal. Four couples arrived separately and placed themselves in different areas of the restaurant. Later Officer Jamie Dawes informs the customers that there is a major accident blocking the highway and the customers are trapped there until the road is clear. The next morning a man is found dead in the walk-in freezer. Julia remembers that she sold 5 certificates in a block and finds that 4 of the customers paid with these gift certificates. They had been altered to show they expired that night. The state police asked Julia to let them find the answer. She feels they are not listening to her and starts looking for answers. Who is the dead man? Is the car accident related to the death? There are a number twists and turns that will keep you reading the book. A nice addition to this series Disclosure: I received a free copy from Kensington Books through NetGalley for an honest review. I would like to thank them for this opportunity to read and review the book. The opinIons are my own.
