Pen joins the volunteers to see the sea turtle babies head for ocean. Breaking the silence gun shots are heard and Penn is shot. When the area becomes silent again Jody Walker is found standby over Cassidy Jones who has been shot right through the heart. This story continues with many changes in the plot many will surprise Penn and others. The prep was well hidden? Penn has promised Gavin his Mother will be able to walk him to his new school on the first Day of order to do that she must showed that Jody was not guilty of shooting Cassidy. Will she succeed?
