Some of Lena Londons’ are missing and Lena and her allies are looking for clues. I was delighted to buy the book as this author is a great read, but I am having trouble connecting with story. I think I need to start it again.
A SPELL OF TROUBLE by Esme Addison,a black author
The first book in a new paranormal about water witches. The characters made contact with me so I will read the next one. Aleksandra Daniels returns to Bellamy Bay, North Carolina after the death of her father. She was please to reconnect with her aunt and cousins. Her Aunt is main suspect in a murder and Alex runs into an a another family of witches and doesn’t have the knowledge to oppose them. Yes, police homicide detective is dreaming as other male characters. I recommend this book.
THE GIRL WITH THE KITTEN TATTOO by Linda Reilly – A Cat Lady Mystery
This is one of the best book I have recently read. The paranormal aspects had been increase and Blue makes several appearances and a new ghost cat, Jade has been added to the story line. Lara and lawyer Gideon Halley have problems with Lara’s attraction to danger and will they decided to break up. I have read all this series and planning on reading for next one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND SERIES.

I’ve only read The Girl with the Kitten Tattoo from that group.
I had to start again on two different books recently. I’ve never had to do that before. I think I was just really tired that day. When I tried again the next day, things got much better. I hope that is the case for you.
It did better and Ifeel there are so many characters and it has been a year, it got better once I understood the characters.
