An excellent cozy mystery that has a protagonist, Sarah and a friendly black cat, Elvis.
There is no sex or violence just a nice friendly read but plenty of action. Elvis receives a gift and his antics add humor.
A North Harbor developer has submitted plans for new business district along the coast. They have secured all the property needed except a small bakery that is blocking the development. This is causing friction among the residents. When the owner Lily is murder and Liz is a suspect. Charlotte’s Angels plan to probe the case against all advice. The motive for Lily’s is not clear. Now I need to wait a year for the next book.
