I don’t read many romances and the cover of this one caught my interest. The author is new to me. I found a first class novel. This is the second book in this series about the residents of Coldwater, Oklahoma. It is an easy and relaxing read. Shirley Evans is facing breast cancer surgery. Her estranged son, Mike arrives to see her the after the surgery. Mike left Coldwater 10 years ago, his Father told him not to return. Shirley ‘s daughter, Lacy is planning her wedding. There are enough occurrences that will keep you turning the pages. Recipes are included. Disclosure: I received a free copy from Kensington Books through NetGalley for an honest review.
